Snug Concerts Network
Getting started
From applying to your first show, here's how being an artist on the Snug Concerts network works, start to finish.
You're one of our first artists.
Thank you for helping us build the Snug Concerts network. We're still polishing, so if anything feels rough or confusing, just reply to your welcome email and tell us. Your feedback shapes what this becomes.

Your dashboard
Everything in one place, and how to get around it.
Step One
Apply to Perform
Tell us about your act. We review every application by hand and get back to you within a few days.
1
Fill out the artist application
It takes a few minutes. We ask about your act, where you’re based, a short bio, and where to hear your music.
2
Confirm your email
You’ll get a quick email to click. That confirms we can reach you, and puts your application into our review queue.
3
We get back to you
Most applications are reviewed within a few business days. When you’re accepted, you’ll get a welcome email with a set-password link.
Step Two
Set up your account
Your application was accepted, so the first thing to do is claim your account.
1
Open your welcome email
Look for the email from Snug Concerts. It lists the username and email on your account, so you know which one to use, and it has a Set your password button. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder.
2
Set your password
The button opens a Snug Concerts page where you choose a password. Pick one you’ll remember. As soon as you save it, you’re signed in.
3
You land on your dashboard
Setting your password signs you in and drops you right on your dashboard, no separate login step. Next time, use the Sign In page with your email and password.
Already have a Snug Concerts account?
If you signed up before as a fan, your new artist tools are simply added to that same account, sign in as usual and you're set.
Step Three
Request a booking
Here's how you line up a show, from finding a venue to a confirmed date on the calendar.
1
Find a venue
Open the Venues directory and find a space that fits your sound. Venues open to new shows show an Accepting bookings marker, which you’ll see as an artist.
2
Request a booking
On a venue that’s accepting bookings, open its page and choose Request a Booking. Offer a preferred date plus an alternate, and add a short note about your act. Your host confirms the start time with you once the date is set.
3
The venue responds
Whoever manages the venue reviews your request and either confirms one of your offered dates or declines. You’ll see the status update on your dashboard.
4
You’re on the calendar
Once a date is confirmed, the show is added to your upcoming shows and audiences can find it and buy tickets.
The pay.
One hundred percent of ticket revenue, after credit card processing fees, goes to you. Snug Concerts is funded by donors and sponsors, not by taking a cut of your show.
Step Four
Your dashboard
Your dashboard is home base. Everything you need lives here.
1
Your shows and bookings
See your upcoming shows, the shows you’re performing, and any pending booking requests, all in one view.
2
Your payouts
Track what you’ve been paid and what’s on the way. Your payout is each show’s ticket revenue, sent to you after the show.
3
Edit your profile
Keep your bio, genres, photos, and links current so hosts and audiences can find you and know what to expect. Pick as many genres as fit your sound.
4
Attend as a fan
Switch to My Tickets anytime to buy tickets and keep track of the Snug Concerts shows you’re going to as an audience member.
Ratings from your audiences.
After a show, people who attended can leave you a rating. Those ratings show on your public profile and help hosts and fans discover you.
