Terms of Use

1. Who we are
Snug Concerts is an Atlanta based 501(c)(3) nonprofit that brings live music into intimate spaces, living rooms, backyards, and small rooms, where every ticket supports the artist. These terms cover your use of snugconcerts.org and everything you do through it: browsing shows, buying tickets, donating, and creating an account as an artist, host, booking manager, affiliate, or fan.
2. Agreeing to these terms
By using the site, creating an account, buying a ticket, or making a donation, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. If you are using Snug Concerts on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing on its behalf.
3. Your account
Some things, like buying a ticket or joining as an artist, host, booking manager, or affiliate, need an account.
- Keep your details accurate and current, and keep your login to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- Artist, host, booking manager, and affiliate accounts are reviewed and approved by the Snug Concerts team before they go active. We may decline or remove an account that does not fit the network or that breaks these terms.
- You can close your account at any time through snugconcerts.org/contact. We may suspend or close an account that is misused, or that puts artists, hosts, guests, or the network at risk.
4. Tickets and entry
- Ticket prices, dates, and locations are shown at checkout. Buying a ticket is a promise to that artist and that room, so please come if you can, and let us know early if you cannot.
- Intimate rooms have limited capacity. A ticket reserves a spot, and entry may be refused for safety reasons or for conduct that disrupts the show, the host, or other guests.
- Exact addresses for home and private spaces may be shared closer to the show, to respect the host.
- Age and admission. Snug shows are all ages unless a show states otherwise on its event page. Children under 2 attend free without a ticket, on a lap with a ticketed adult. Children 12 and under attend free. Guests 13 and older need a ticket. Anyone under 16 must attend with a ticketed adult. Individual shows may set their own age limit, kids price, or content note, so please check the show’s event page before you come.
5. Refunds and changes
Because our rooms are small and every ticket supports the artist, tickets are non-refundable. If a show is canceled, you will be refunded in full. If a show is rescheduled, your ticket carries to the new date, and if you cannot make the new date you can request a refund. If something comes up and you cannot attend, you are welcome to pass your ticket along to someone else, and you can always reach out and we will do what we can. Refunds are returned to the original payment method through our payment processor.
6. The artist-pay promise
Every show on the network pays the artist 100% of ticket revenue minus only pass-through costs like card processing. Snug Concerts does not take a cut of what the artist earns, and neither does a host, an affiliate, or a booking manager. We are a nonprofit funded by donors and sponsors. That promise is the reason we exist.
7. Donations
- Donations to Snug Concerts are voluntary and support the mission. At checkout you may add a donation on top of your ticket price; that donation comes to Snug Concerts and is never taken out of the artist’s pay.
- Snug Concerts is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, so donations may be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. We provide a receipt. Donations are generally non-refundable.
8. Hosts and spaces
If you host a show, you are responsible for keeping your space safe and welcoming for artists and guests, honoring the shows you confirm, keeping your venue details accurate, and following the laws, permits, and rules that apply to gatherings in your space. Snug Concerts helps organize and promote shows, but the host runs their own space and is not our employee or agent. The Host Agreement covers this in full.
9. Roles and agreements
Artists, hosts, booking managers, and affiliates each accept a role agreement when they apply. Those agreements, together with these terms, govern what each role can do. In plain terms: artists own their own accounts, booking managers act only for artists who have appointed them and can be dropped at any time, and no one in the network takes a margin on artist pay.
10. Your content
You may add content to your profile, such as a bio, photos, music, and links. You keep ownership of what you add. You give Snug Concerts permission to display and promote it to run the network and market shows. Only add content that is yours to share and that is lawful. We can remove content that infringes someone else’s rights or breaks these terms.
11. Acceptable use
Please do not use Snug Concerts to break the law, harm or harass anyone, misrepresent who you are, disrupt the site’s security, scrape or harvest data, or interfere with other people’s use of the network.
12. Other services we use
We use trusted third parties to run the site, including Stripe for payments and email providers for messages. Their handling of your information is covered by their own terms and by our Privacy Policy. Snug Concerts never sees or stores your full card number.
13. Live events and disclaimers
The site and the network are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. Live music in intimate spaces is part of the joy and part of the risk: shows can change, spaces vary, and you attend of your own choice.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Snug Concerts and its team, volunteers, hosts, and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or attendance at a show.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the network grows. If we make a significant change, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know. Continuing to use Snug Concerts after a change means you accept the updated terms.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.
