Booking Manager Agreement

Finding rooms for the artists you represent

Help artists play, with their say at every step.

Booking managers help artists find rooms and line up shows across the network. An artist chooses to work with you, and you act on their behalf. Here is what that means, in plain words.

What you can count on from us

What Snug Concerts brings you

  • One place to manage the artists you represent: their shows, booking requests, and calendars.
  • A dashboard that shows the money moving to artists plainly, so the mission is visible, not just stated.
  • The Snug Concerts name, audience, and calendar behind every show you book.
  • A clear, artist-led connection. An artist appoints you, sees what you do on their behalf, and can end the arrangement at any time.
What we ask in return

What we ask of you

  • Uphold the artist-pay promise below without exception. This is the heart of it.
  • Only act for artists who have appointed you, and only within what they have agreed to. The artist stays in control.
  • Represent Snug Concerts and your artists the way you would want to be represented: artist-first, warm, and honest.
  • Keep show details accurate and honor every booking you confirm. A confirmed night is a promise to a host, an artist, and a room full of people.
The promise that never changes

Every show pays the artist 100% of net ticket revenue minus only pass-through costs. No one at Snug Concerts, no host, and no affiliate ever takes a slice of what the artist earns. If you and an artist agree on a commission for your work, that is between the two of you and is set by the artist. It never changes the Snug Concerts promise, and Snug Concerts does not collect it.
