Madoka Oshima Live in Buckhead
On a quiet Saturday in Buckhead, the living room became a stage and the audience a part of the music itself. Pianist Madoka Oshima and saxophonist Akeem Marable filled the space with a soulful blend of jazzy reinterpretations and original work that stirred hearts and sparked conversation.

The afternoon featured fresh takes on classical themes, anchored by the couple’s haunting reworking of Swan Lake, titled Dark Lake. Alongside that cinematic centerpiece were original compositions, each one a journey through jazz, world rhythm, and emotive storytelling.

At this live recording session every listener became part of the music in real time, just feet from the artists as melody and memory unfolded.

As always with Snug Concerts, 100 percent of ticket sales supported the artists. No stage. No barriers. Just extraordinary music in an intimate space. Thank you to everyone who brought their presence, their quiet attention, and their love of live music. Recordings from the session are coming soon.
